For inclusion in the Events Calendar

Submissions for posting to the Event Calendar are subject to prior review by the Sovereign Order of St. John -Victoria Commandery ("the Commandery"). We reserve the right to revise, edit, or reject any charitable event listing submitted for publication in the Event Calendar. Event listings will be accepted and published weekly only upon the understanding and reliance, without any independent investigation by the Commandery, that the organization and its contact person is authorized to submit the contents of the event listing, that the contents are true, and the contact person agrees to the posting in the Events Calendar of the organization and individual's required information. In consideration for posting the event listing on the website, organizations and their contact persons will indemnify the Commandery for and against any claim, lawsuit or other proceeding arising out of the event listing. Once an event listing is placed on the web-site, the Commandery may, at any time, without notice to the organization or its contact person and without any recourse, remove the event listing from the Event Calendar.
